Refund & Cancellation Policies
You can cancel any time before your membership begins (the 1st day of the month after you join). Partial memberships cannot be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
We know that some people might not want a bottle that they get through our club, so we will have a bottle of wine to exchange with one of the bottles on the day that you pickup your wine. We limit this to 1 exchange per membership per month.
Michigan State Law prohibits us from accepting returns except when the wine is spoiled. Spoilage might occur when a cork seal fails, and is commonly referred to as the wine being “corked”. One way to tell if your wine is corked is to sniff it. Generally, corked wine smells musty (think damp basement, damp books or leaves).
If your wine is corked, do not pour it out, please return the bottle to us with the unconsumed wine and we will make an exchange at our discretion.
Exchanges must be initiated by emailing wineclub@cantoromarket.com and exchanges made in our market at 15550 N Haggerty Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170.
